I recommend Both of Leigh&#039;s Books. Leigh is very knowledgeable and helpful to boot. She&#039;s gotten me to where I am both weightwise and headwise in relation with food. I&#039;ll be postings more about this later today (after Edaurdo Prep is complete)  on my exercise blog (http://spacecitypaula.wordpress.com). 

Chances you probably need to read troubleshoot first. It may be that you need to change things up, your diet is a little off, or you just need a dieting break. Metabolic Repair is for those folks who have had extreme problems with dieting/not resting enough.</description>

I noticed Leigh Peele&#039;s online books &quot;Fat loss troubleshooter&quot; and &quot;Metabolism Repair.&quot; Do you recommend?  I&#039;ve been a Weight  Watchers lifetime member but I&#039;m getting older and this plan doesn&#039;t seem to work as well.   Not sure if it&#039;s me, the diet, me, age or??   Sigh.

By the way, you recipes look very good. I&#039;m planning to try a couple this week.
